It was difficult for the driver to recognize the voucher as valid because he didn't knew the partnership with get you guide, and in the voucher the name os the transport company wasn't identified. We finally managed it, but was not easy. The transport was fine.

I mean I am so happy I chose and used this service because it saved time, money and unnecessary stress. I am so happy to have found it and I would most definitely recommend it. It was so good there was wifi and air conditioning. It was a safe drive to the airport and dropped us off at a convenient spot which was very close to almost all the terminals so it was easy to find and go to ours.

Alles war super und sehr gut organisiert. Das Finden von dem Abholort am Flughafen hat nur sehr lange gedauert, da die Beschreibung: Empfang zwischen 2E und 2F sehr ungenau ist, wir haben über eine Stunde gebraucht. Der Rückweg war aber super, der Bus kam zu den angegebenen Zeiten direkt zu den aufgelistete Hotels. Auch das lesen von den Barcodes direkt aus der App hat nicht funktioniert. Bei der Hinfahrt hat es deswegen zum Durcheinander geführt. Letztendlich dürften wir doch mit fahren. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Sache, freundliche Fahrer und im generellen sehr gut organisiert. Würde nur weiter empfehlen
