There was a slight confusion on redeeming the tickets through get your guide. I went to the booth inside the airport and was told that I can just show my QR code to the bus driver. After standing in line for about five minutes and getting to the front of the line, the bus driver told me that the QR code did not register with him, and was, informed that I needed to go back inside the terminal. Once I got to the terminal, another employee told me that the QR code should have been redeemed, and walked me back to the driver to let him know that he needed to take a photo of my code instead of entering it in his system. Aside from that slight miscommunication between two employees, everything else was smooth.

Full description

Enjoy a comfortable Magical Shuttle transfer between Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly (ORY) and your Disneyland Paris hotel or another hotel in the surrounding area. Expect a comfortable ride in a coach equipped with free WiFi on board. From CDG Airport, coach shuttles depart every 45 minutes from 09:00 AM to 18:45 PM to Disneyland Resort hotels, Serris-Val d’Europe and selected hotels. There is a dedicated desk (between 2E and 2F) with greeters to welcome you. Boarding is at Terminal 1. From Orly Airport (ORY), the shuttle departs every hour from 09:00 AM to 18:45 PM to all Disney hotels. You can always disembark at the Disneyland bus station and transfer to the park’s own shuttle service, which runs every 15 to 20 minutes between all area hotels and the parks. The Magical Shuttle operates 7 days per week. Please check your hotel reception or tourist board information for return scheduled departure times. Note that on your return journey, it is best to schedule your shuttle departure at least 2.5 hours before your airport check-in time.

I mean I am so happy I chose and used this service because it saved time, money and unnecessary stress. I am so happy to have found it and I would most definitely recommend it. It was so good there was wifi and air conditioning. It was a safe drive to the airport and dropped us off at a convenient spot which was very close to almost all the terminals so it was easy to find and go to ours.
