You can either start by the Sainte Chapelle or at the Conciergerie, located at 2 Boulevard du Palais, 75001 Paris. You will be required to present your entrance tickets to the monument when you arrive. On weekends, public holidays, and Christmas holidays, and on days without an audience (some Mondays), access to the monuments will need to be via the first address.

- Guests are required to enter within the first 30 minutes of their booked time slot. This means if you have a booking at 10:00 AM you must enter the monument by 10:30 AM at the latest.
- Guided tours of Sainte Chapelle are available every day between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM (duration: 45 minutes)
- For Conciergerie: HistoPad 3D-reproduction of Marie-Antoinette’s cell available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese
