Olivia is a sweet guide who enjoys both informing and giving the best possible tour. She was able to pivot and let us switch one of the stops so that we could get a drink and a croissant sooner, rather than at the end of the tour. My recommendation is that the tour starts with a cafe or boulangerie where we can have the croissant and coffee, first, so we have our caffeine and something solid in our bellies before all of the rich and delicious chocolate stops. If you love chocolate and the best of the gourmet pastry shops, then this is the tour for you. I am a food snob, and I highly recommend this tour.
