PLEASE NOTE! THE MEETING POINT IS NOT LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE LOUVRE! Meet our team, dressed in blue attire, beside the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel. This prominent arch features a horse-drawn chariot on top but is currently undergoing renovation. To locate it, stand with your back to the entrance of the Louvre Pyramid, and you will spot it across the road, just before the entrance to the Tuileries Garden. Our coordinators will be standing to the left of the Arc, along the wall railing.

Our guide (while I cannot recall his name) was amazing. I took my mother and sister whose first time to the Louvre and my 3rd time. The 3 hour tour was a perfect amount of time to see some of the great pieces with the history and lessons involved. Not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that’s their first time going to the Louvre or even if you have never been with a guide, their knowledge of the arts and history makes it much more enjoyable.

Our guide, Anna, was knowledgeable and used her knowledge to enhance our time in the museum. We had a long wait to get in which she used to share A LOT more information about the Mona Lisa. The Louver itself is difficult to navigate on your own and seems to randomly close floors and exhibits. As a result the museum itself was disappointing. Much more in storage or on loan than on the walls!

Tour was great, our guide provided depth of historical and art knowledge. I love that he gave us insights regarding art that many tours would have overlooked while also ensuring we enjoyed common highlights. We had our 84 yo mother with us and he took care to pace the visit to her needs. This was not my first visit to the Louvre and I would go again to learn more from our guide.
