Start with pickup from your hotel and head for the heart of the champagne region, Épernay. Take a guided tour of Moet & Chandon or other famous champagne houses such as Pommery, G.H MUMM, Veuve Clicquot, Mercier, etc. Learn about the history of its namesake and have a chance to sip some fine vintage champagne. Stroll along the Avenue de Champagne towards your minivan while the guide tells you about a few other well-known houses around you and the champagne cellars below you.

Visit a small local winery and meet the people behind the production of this great drink. Taste their elegant and exclusive product and hear about the history of their champagne estate. Stop in the village where the monk who invented champagne lived. Discover local gastronomy and savor a 3-course lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the producer where more than 80 farmers work hard to make an amazing selection of sparkling wines designed for special occasions.

Explore the museum to see different utensils used to make Champagne, and watch a short film about the vineyards. Sample more glasses of Champagne before driving back to Paris. After a few fun games, trying all types of wines, and eating delicious food, your guide will also give you something nice to remember your visit to the champagne region and drop you off at your hotel.

Excellent tour and we really enjoyed the variety and quality. Guillaume was a great guide who was very knowledgeable about champagne. Lunch was nice quality, mini can was comfortable. Pick up was on time we got picked up at 7:30pm and dropped off around 6pm. It was a casual and relaxed small group of 6. Only one suggestion is to stop for a cafe/ snack on the drive out (even if gas stop by side of highway as most people didn’t have breakfast and you are drinking by 10:30am. So we were all a bit tipsy till lunch :) Thank u for a lovely day

My mom and I finally made it to Paris after having to delay for a couple of years and this day trip to champagne was easily one of our favorite days! Victor was fantastic and made this a wonderful experience from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative before the trip, was prompt to pick us up on the day of, answered all of our questions, and was just incredibly kind. There were two others participating on the tour and our small group of 4 really hit it off and had a great time. We visited 3 champagne houses that were all quite different from one another, which gave us the chance to learn a lot and enjoy a wide variety of what champagne has to offer. One day was not enough - I cannot wait to go back someday!

My two daughters and I enjoyed a magical long weekend in Paris in December and escaped the city on a full day tour of the Champagne region-and when I say full, it was 12 hours! Amazing. And yes LOTS of champagne throughout the day, starting around 10:30 a.m. so, pace yourself if you're like me - not a day drinker. They are rather generous tasting pours! We were picked up at our hotel promptly at 8am by Victor and joined another lovely and hilarious couple from Mexico who honestly added even more magic and fun to an already incredible day. Victor kept us safe, entertained and educated. En route to our first stop he had us play a scents game where we guessed the scent of about 12 different vials (ranging from the obvious to the not so recognizable). The scenery was glorious. Despite challenging traffic back to Paris (while the five of us slept off our bubbles) Victor got us back to Paris safely and left us with a day we will not forget.
