Noémie provides hands on instruction filled with great tips to help budding pastry chefs succeed back home. Our class of seven students ranged from a trained pastry chef to an 8 year old novice and Noémie was able to ensure everyone gained useful skills. Her studio is comfortable and well equipped for a fun session in the kitchen and we left with recipes, boxes of the delicious macarons we made, and tips for exploring Paris and for shopping for the ingredients we'll need at home. I can't recommend this class highly enough!

Noemi was amazing. I’ve been baking for a long time and learned several things from Noemi that will be game changers! She was kind, efficient, neat, and had a way of making the macaron process feel very straightforward and do-able. We can’t wait to try it ourselves! Her space is beautiful. My 9-year-old was equally able to participate and we made a very special memory.
