    You need to collect your pass from the Paris Museum Pass collection point which is the nearest metro - Pyramides (Line 7 & 14). At the Pyramides metro station, take exit 2 - Rue de l’échelle and, on reaching street level, you will find the Big Bus Ticket shop behind you. Make you bring your voucher and a form of photo ID.

    • The hop-on hop-off tour is only available for 1 day regardless of whether you book a 2, 3, 4, or 6-day option
    • Pass is valid for consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods)
    • The Paris Pass is not a group product. Groups larger than 9 people may be refused entry to attractions
    • Your pass will be instantly delivered in PDF format, which you can either save on your phone or print off
    • You must collect your Paris Museum Pass in a redemption location in central Paris. Full instructions are included in the digital guide
    • The Paris Museum Pass is not included in Youth Passes (most museums are free for those 18 and under)
    • The 3-day Paris Pass (Adult) includes a 2-Day Paris Museum Pass
    • Due to ongoing Covid-19 measures, some attractions may be temporarily unavailable, have reduced opening hours, or require advanced reservations.     Some prices are too high and do not correspond to the actual prices (e.g. for meals). So you don't save as much as you think. Many attractions are fully booked weeks in advance in summer (e.g. Louvre, Catacombs, Stade de France, etc...). Anyone who does not know this and does not book a ticket in good time before departure will not be able to use the pass to the full and will be disappointed. So that the pass really pays off, you have to plan your trip weeks in advance and book many attractions. Then the days are "clocked through" from morning to night.

    The pass is very valuable and gives a lot of possibilities and flexibility. Minus: clear guidelines regarding the reservation for a specific time slot for activities for which this is not possible via the pass (but can be done via the website of the activity itself). It turned out that it was not necessary to reserve a time slot for these activities and offering the Paris / museum pass was sufficient. So there was certainly the convenience on site, but I found this more unclear via the website.

    We picked up the pass at the meeting point office providing our reservation from Get Your Guide app. We headed straight to the bus and did the full tour first, later we used the hop off/hop on to visit some of the attractions. On the second day we used the museum pass for other attractions. It was good value for money. For the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Versailles we got skip the like tours and I am glad we did as we tried to use this pass for Arc du Triumph and the line was huge. It looked like it moved pretty fast but we just didn’t have the time so I recommend getting skip the line tours for these 4 major attractions.
