Check in with your Crown Tours host at least 30 minutes before your activity start time. Our meeting point is located in the small park next to the ticket line (entrance 1) on Allée Léon-Bourgeois. Our staff will be easy to recognize wearing a purple Crown Tours jacket. Please note summit access may be closed in the event of high winds, without notice, in such cases a partial refund will be issued TO REDEEM YOUR RIVER CRUISE A river cruise voucher will be shared with you at the time of your booking. Simply show you voucher at the redemption point. Board at Port de la Bourdonnais (at the foot of the Eiffel Tower) at pontoon no. 3. Look for the "Bateaux Parisiens" logo. The Seine river cruise runs from 10am till 10pm daily and departs every 30 minutes.

All went well until our river cruise our QR code wasn’t recognised I spent 30 mins on the phone to Crown tours (they didn’t pick up) then held until my battery dried up to GYG while they tried to help. We were lucky that we had time the next morning to enjoy experience after a new code was sent, but it was extremely frustrating.

Guide! Is that the correct word for the "Crown Tours guide ?, we met at the meeting point, he gave us a few minutes talk about the Tower, took us through the entrance, walked us to the Queueing area and said enjoy your day, all in all nothing we would not have done for ourselves but I suppose he guided us to the entrance.
