We recommend downloading the audio tour before the starting date & time. - Click on the "Show PDF ticket" button in the app and show it at the entrance. - IMPORTANT: This tour is not affiliated with the Musée de l’Oranegrie but is provided by an independent creator.

When we arrived there was a line of people with a sign that said "! hour from this point." But with out tickets we walked right in.

Well organised not too busy the shop is a bit small and I think it would be good to have a shop at the entrance too as I would have liked to come back snd get more gifts

museum was great, some wait to get in but not too bad. audio did not download on our phones, so we can't review the audio guide. GetYour Guide did refund us once we were home but I can't recommend getting the audio gudie for your phone; just buy the head sets at the museum.
