It was great! The boat had such a lovely staff and departure is every half an hours. All the information about location, time etc. is available on the app and in the confirmation mail they send! Palais Garnier is one of the most beautiful places in Paris, we enjoyed every second of it. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

On Cruzeiro we were surprised by the blocking of our entry to the boat, with the claim that our ticket was invalid and that we should look in our Inbox for a message from Cityzore with the tickets. Question: why send us on tour day? Why not two days earlier. Please, we don't need this. The shipping company employee was very patient and polite to help us. Think about it. The tour itself is great.

Fantastic tickets, opera house superb, there early so got in quickly, river cruise was superb, unfortunately weather was hot, but didn't ruin what was a very scenic and informative cruise. Would well recommend tickets worked well scanned easily from phone. The map provided with a little help from the locals worked well.
