The cruise was lovely; exactly as I expected. However, the administration was awful. There is no way to contact the company out of office hours (our train was cancelled and we needed to find out if it was worth waiting for another or if we should cancel), and we weren’t even given the name of the boat, resulting in me running up and down the banks of the Seine boarding each boat and asking if it was mine. In hindsight, quite funny, but not so at the time. We arrived late and were allowed to board the next boat, which was amazing.

I made this surprise to my darling, we enjoyed sharing this romantic moment, with a glass of rosé champagne. However, when we arrived on site, I had the unpleasant surprise to find that the boat that was highlighted in the photos is not at all the one we took. Indeed, I expected an elegant boat and I was very disappointed when I saw a small white boat of tourists…

Apart from the initial difficulty that we could not understand which was the right boat to get on, then with the information in the information box everything was easier. Fantastic experience, very romantic which I recommend to everyone. If you go in the winter, cover up because it's a lot of air!
