I turned up slightly late and I was the only English speaking person on the tour. That wasn’t a problem for Mathilde the guide, she was happy to give the tour in French and then translate just for me. She was really informative and really nice and helpful. Even gave me metro directions for me to get back to my hotel. The tour itself was really interesting we saw a number of graves including Jim Morrisons. Mathilde was full of interesting information. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes as lots of walking. Definitely recommend this tour

Eleni (I probably misspelt her name) was charming and spoke perfect English and French. We really enjoyed the tour. The only negative was we had to wait 15 minutes for late guests so we missed the last two graves. If you want to see graves not on the haunted tour just go much earlier and follow the map!

The cemetery is beautiful and our guide was good too. It was bubbling with energy at the beginning and "entertainment moderately" let it down a bit towards the end, which didn't really bother me. One point deducted because we couldn't make Oscar Wilde and were thrown out by the cemetery management.
