Very good visit and a great performance from Zac! This tour is a must in Paris, we loved it :) We couldn't go to the top due to the wind but we were promised a refund of the difference in the price - I hope the promise is honored :)

traveling with my adult daughter, who helped me get the ticket voucher into and out of my phone “wallet”, this was actually very smooth. I wasn’t clear that we would have a guide, but we did and she was great-very interactive and able to answer all our questions about the Eiffel Tower and its history. it was great to have unlimited time at the Tower after her presentation. we had no line at security, but a long line to get on the elevator to the top.
