You can also opt to use your ticket at any time within three months of purchase. Save time and take a self-guided visit to the Eiffel Tower at night with a direct access entry ticket. Know before you go

  • Cruise tickets are valid for 3 months
  • Bags are systematically checked and jackets and coats must be opened at the entrance. Only small backpacks, handbags, and computer bags are allowed. There are no cloakrooms
  • The audio guide is available in French, English (US and UK), German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean
  • Toilets are available during the river cruise on the boats. There are no toilets on the piers
  • Wheelchair access is only available up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower
  • Even with direct access, you may have to wait in lines for security and the elevators. In high season, the wait to access the 2nd floor can 25 minutes
  • Summit ticket holders will have to wait on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to 20 minutes
  • Parking is available for a fee, subject to availability

The tour was very informative about the history of the tower & was very pleasant talking with Cross who was our guide. But he only was there for the first bit on the ground then he walked us over to where we were to get onto the lift & our group proceeded into the Tower ourselves.

This appeared to be an evening cruise on the Seine, followed by a visit to the summit of the Eiffel Tower; however, there isn't time to do both. The cruise tickets can be used used any time, so we took a day cruise two days later. That worked fine, but the title of the event is a bit misleading. Nonetheless, everything was smooth and enjoyable.

We saved at least 3 hours by booking because the queues at the entrance are endlessly long. It is a pity that we were not informed in advance that the last embassy leaves at 10 p.m. in the evening. We were given a very good description of where the ship departed from, but we had booked it as a combination and understood it that way (first a boat trip, with a guide and then to the Eiffel Tower).
