Our flight was delayed arriving in Paris and it really made things very tight time wise. The tour company was communicative and had us meet at the tower instead of outside. Our guide was able to arrange for us to tour even though we couldn't get to the meeting point on time.

Enjoy access to the Eiffel Tower and admire the breathtaking views from the selected floor of the iconic structure. Spend as much time as you like at the tower and explore the different levels at your own leisure.  See Paris from above and from a completely new perspective. Marvel at the ancient façade of the Louvre and the financial district of La Defense. Admire the colorful Pompidou Museum and the vast white expanse of Sacré-Coeur Basilica. If the summit option is selected, have the privilige to admire Paris city by it's highest point. On your way down, take in the many interesting activities on the first floor. Test your courage by walking on the glass floor!

Meeting point

The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Cafe. (do not enter the café). The meeting point is not the Eiffel Tower. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your specified time. For late arrivals, access is not guaranteed. Please be advised: The host will not be waiting for missing customers, so as to not make the rest of the group wait. The host will be departing for the tower at the time of the meeting. That is why, in order to avoid missing your tour please be sure to arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before your reserved meeting time.

Know before you go

  • Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where your host will provide the tickets
  • This is not a guided tour; your host will take you up to the 2nd floor & (if summit option is selected) direct you to the summit floor lift where you will continue your visit independently
  • People with reduced mobility cannot access the summit floor
  • If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.

You do mostly pay to get access to the Eiffel Tower without waiting in the long lines and even for the Summit access, you get to wait in a priority line which is shorter. The guides were kind and ensured that we had access to the appropriate lines but after reaching the summit, we had our own free time. Worth it to avoid long lines and wait times.
