We had to line up even with our skip the line for the eiffel tower. Our guide left us to do it on our own we had 10mins at the second viewing level and as there was such a large line my husband and i said to one of the officials we have to meet a bus to moulin rouge in 15mins and they showed us the stairs. So we ran down the stairs of the eiffel tower. It was very dangerous and an elderly person could not to this. It could have been avoided if our guide could have spoken to the people at the bottom lift. Skip the line,,there's no such thing!!

The Thames Cruise, Eiffel Tower and Moulin Rouge experience I booked for my partner's birthday was a fantastic experience and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The negatives were: Collection of the physical ticket wasn't easy! The 'base' we were told to pick the ticket up from wasn't operational. We were then sent to the office at The Louvre, who also couldn't help. We finally managed to collect the physical ticket from the main agency office near The Louvre. The upselling on the cruise was irritating. For the price we paid, I didn't expect to be charged an extra €15 per person for a window seat. And then the upselling continued with optional menu items and photography. You really have to rush the Eifell Tower experience to make it to the bus on time. The queues at the Moulin Rouge meant a long waiting time to get it, but that is not the operator's fault. The table we were assigned in the theatre was right at the back, so don't expect premium seating.

Dinner cruise was good. Views were exceptional. Appetizer and dessert were wonderful. Main course was ok. Quick access to Eiffel Tower, didn’t have to wait in line except for security. Moulin Rouge show was enjoyable. We don’t drink and felt that we were pushed to the “cheap seats” because we didn’t purchase the tickets that included the bottle of champagne.
