  • Your tickets will be sent to you one day before your tour date via e-mail and WhatsApp if used.
  • You can use your cruise tickets any time within a month.
  • You can choose to take the cruise before or after your tasting.
  • There is no specific time for your reservations. You can use your tickets during both company's operating hours.
  • During the summer season the cruise is available daily with departures every 30 minutes between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. During the winter season, departures are every 45 minutes between 10:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
  • Les Terrasses du Trocadéro is open every day from morning to evening (10:00 - 22:00)
  • Please note that operating hours are subject to change based on the schedule of the companies.
  • During peak seasons, the Seine River cruise may face longer waits due to high visitor numbers (waits can be two hours long).
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the Bateaux Parisiens.

This is a great activity to do with the family. Buying the ticket on this App meant no queuing for tickets and a got it at bargain price with added bonus of waffles/crepe. The actual price at the site is about €20( without crepe which is an additional €6).
