- Tickets allow quick access to collections, but the security line cannot be skipped
- If you have mobility impairments you may book a private tour, we cannot accept to modify the pace of the tour in our shared semi-private tours.
- In France, strikes are usual and may happen in Orsay Museum also. In this case or any other closure without prior warning, you will receive alternatives to modify the booking to available slots or get a walking tour instead. If the alternative doesn't suit you, we can cancel you booking and you will receive a refund, we will make sure this is before the 24 hour cut off.
