He is a very knowledgeable tour guide. He also was very nice when it came to our breakfast order. He was able to break down the steps for how the different pastries and breads were made and the ingredients involved. He made the experience personable and effective at the same time. He was very kind to myself and my elderly grandma and offered her a seat and water when it was hot and when she was getting tired. Best tour guide in Paris! Would highly recommend him to others.

We love bread so this was the perfect tour for the 3 of us! We enjoyed the fruit of our “labor” with French cheese later that day and the next. Even had a few little sweet gems that we kept in the backpack for quick snacks for the rest of the day after the tour.

Tuc was our tour guide and expert baker at Miss Manon -- a cute little bakery located in the heart of Le Marais. Our kitchen was in the back of an old 14th century building with narrow stairs and lots of charm and history. We learned how to make baguettes, croissants and tiny almond cakes. It was a lovely way to introduce Paris to my daughters (15 and 18) on their first trip to Paris. We had a lovely family event that we will always remember. At the end of our baking lesson we were able to take all our baked goods home where we made sandwiches for lunch later in the day -- it was lovely and I HIGHLY recommend this tour for families with kids of all ages. If you have mobility issues you may want to reconsider as there is a lot of walking up and down steep and narrow old staircases.
