For arrivals, you will need to give your flight number and time of arrival at the moment of booking. Once you have collected your luggage and gone through customs controls you need to contact the 24-hour hotline. The friendly reservation and customer service staff speak many different languages and will subsequently direct you to the meeting point where you will find your driver.
For departures from Paris you will need to give your accommodation address and time of your flight on booking. Then you will be picked up approximately 4 hours before your departure flight. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time. If you are staying in a hotel please wait at the reception desk and the driver will come and meet you. If you are staying at a private address please be waiting outside the front door.
The driver will help you aboard and stow your luggage in the hold. Your transfer has been pre-paid so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

- This is a semi-private service introduced to comply with social distancing regulations. There will be a maximum of 2 pickup / drop off points per vehicle.
- This transfer is only valid to addresses in Paris with a postal code beginning with 75. Transfers to Paris suburbs cannot be accommodated with this transfer.
- Transfers only available until 6:00 pm on December 24 and December 31
- Shared arrival transfers are operational for flights landing up to and before 7 PM
- Infants can be booked on this transfer, if customers bring their own baby seat. The supplier doesn't provide baby seats and won't accept infants without baby seats.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum luggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions. Please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
