Easy to buy and Versailles is well worth the trip. Audio download on the App was also very good - just enough info for each room and a good map to help you work out where you were. Take your ear phones though!! Gardens were great but only really accessible on the buggy - which you can hire when there but there is a queue (and about £30 cost). Otherwise prepare to walk miles!!

Visiting Versailles was the highlight of our weekend in Paris. We didn’t realise how big it is, we spent nearly 6 hours there exploring the palace and the grounds! I definitely recommend getting a ticket with access to the palace it is worth seeing and setting aside most of the day to explore the gardens. Get your Guide is also a very useful app to have all your bookings in one place.

We missed our train and and our designated time to arrive but this wasn't a problem. We were guided to the next available queue. Waited for about 15 minutes to enter. Very crowded as you enter the building but then everyone wanders through at their own pace, dispersing the crowds. Paid 5 euros for headphones which was helpful. Nice cafe at the end. We went in Feb so only a few shrubs to look at in the gardens which are still impressive in size.
