You will be part of a select group to step behind the counter of a typical French boulangerie. In the kitchen you will watch a demonstration by the master baker of how a perfect baguette is made, using techniques that have been passed down through generations.
Watch the mixing of the dough, the kneading and shaping, and finally the cooking in special baguette ovens. The baguette is at the heart of French daily life and comes in many forms. The baker has his own special signature baguette, and today all of its secrets will be revealed to you.
And when that heavenly freshly baked bread smell fills the air, and the baguette comes out of the oven all warm and golden, you will get to taste it, along with a free baguette and croissant goodie bag to go.
