    Please don’t say “voucher needs to be exchanged” and then just leave it there without any instructions how to do that. I was thinking that GetYourGuide was fraud. Until I called someone from this business and they said they were going to change it themselves. Instead the page should mention that they are going to send you the real ticket a night before. All this ticket-voucher system is very confusing.

    Wonderful visit. A huge amount to take in. What would be a very useful addition would be an audio guide. We first encountered audio guides many years ago [at the Plantin Moretus museum in Antwerp] and they really do add another dimension to a museum tour. For an additional charge, we would be more than happy to participate.

    It was good because it is the first time that we saw Paris from a very high place and I think it is very beautiful, but the weather was unfortunately bad and rainy The other good thing is the guide who accompanied us. Aida was very nice, cheerful, meticulous and time-bound. She was smooth in her explanation.

    Overall perfect experience. The guide was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She took great care to make sure we had the best possible experience. Even showing us a few extra pieces after the tour had finished.

    Krásný zážitek. Kvůli covidu jsme s manželem na Eiffelce byli skoro sami. Seděli jsme, povídali si a dívali se na Paříž, s námi bylo v patře pouze 10 lidí. Takový zážitek se už těžko bude někdy opakovat
