Dominique was a great host and teacher. It was nice to go to the market and observe the produce and other options. The menu was simple but very tasty and showed some techniques we could take home. I live in Paris, but I took my mum from australia and she loved the experience. The opportunity to have lunch with Dominique in his home with his family was very authentic and gave her a taste of Parisian life. Thanks again!

The cooking class with Chef Frederic was amazing! He’s a very knowledgeable, experienced chef and while entertaining, we actually learned a lot. The walk through the local market was uplifting to chose our own ingredients for a unique meal. Chef Fred included everyone in the small group to generate a meal that was pleasing. His kitchen arrangement was fabulous for the course. My 8yo daughter attended the course with me and had so much fun- he’s very attentive towards everyone in the group. Best money spent on a cooking course. My daughter and I cooked the meal the next night for a dinner party and my guests raved about tasty and well presented the meal was. Thanks, Chef Fred. Wonderful day spent in Paris learning to cook like a Parisian. You won’t regret taking this course.

Chef Fred was lovely....we went to a wonderful market (an everyday occurrence for him - a novelty for me). When we came back he began to perform his magic in the kitchen. He loves to experiment with different flavours and made me think I could move away from the recipe a little more. I got some great ideas. I would highly recommend.
