You will be taught how to prepare 5 to 6 desserts from scratch using seasonal produce. Learn how to make delicacies as crème brulee, madeleines and soufflé glacé au Grand-Marnier. The expert chef will give you hands-on support and great tips.
The lesson is held in small groups with a maximum of 6 people. This ensures that you will have plenty of help and attention from the chef.
After the class you can of course eat your sumptuous desserts, but since Paris is the city of romance, why not save some for your loved one!
