You can learn how to make macaroons based on the Italian meringue method to achieve light and crunchy cookies. Alternatively, discover the art of the brioche, a less buttery breakfast option to the croissant that also makes a great dessert. Get step-by-step guidance on the perfect choux pastry treats, whether it's a classic religieuse, or a Chantilly cream filled puff. Learn how to make a classic butter croissant, or croissants filled with almonds, chocolate, or raisins!
The classes are taught in English by a covivial French chef, and each one can accommodate up to 6 participants to give every student maximum attention. Chef Séverine graduated from the oldest hotel and restaurant training school in France, before working at Dalloyau, the legendary pastry-making company, where she trained under the guidance of the country’s finest pastry artisans.
