Bad organization

I arrived in front of the meeting point finding the closed office. After several calls I can speak to a young lady who tells me that she had forgotten to check her emails and that someone would open after 45 minutes. After waiting 1 hour and 30 we finally had the bikes even if they did not have a helmet, a map and a raincoat (despite the rain) as written in the description. Bad organization
