The guides were good especially Lillie but the bus was cramped and uncomfortable and even though we were at pick up point 20 minutes before bus was to leave, the bus left without us. We had to get a taxi back to Paris cost €100. Spoke to GYG staff who suggested the metro but too tired to find metro and then find which stations to change to get to our hotel. Disappointed with this day.

We have taken multiple tours in Europe recently and this one, by far, has been the worst. First off, I would not call this a Small Group tour. Yes, it is a "public tour," but when you title the trip as a small group, I expect a small group. We initially started with 13 people for Giverny. Then, when we arrived at Versailles, we were combined with another group so we totaled 26. I don't see how this could be considered a small group tour. The first thing they do is hand you headphones so you can hear the guide. Unfortunately, the guide was also terrible. She had such a thick accent that she was impossible to understand. After a while, I just gave up because I had to listen so hard to understand her. In addition, most of the time she sounded like she was just reading off a script. Plus, we just rushed through Versailles and didn't really get to explore and enjoy the experience. This is an expensive "group trip" and I would highly advise choosing another one.

This was a great, convenient tour. We jumped the line at both Giverny and Versailles which was a tremendous thing. Lunch was good food in a beautiful setting. Tour guide very friendly and an EXCELLENT driver.
