  • For safety reasons, children under 6 years old are not permitted. Please don't bring children under 6 on the day of the tour, as we can't accept them
  • There is an 8 minute walk from the meeting point to the bus
  • If the bus transfer cannot operate due to reasons beyond our control, the trip will be made via public transportation with a GetYourGuide host
  • Check in at the time indicated on your voucher. We cannot guarantee access to the Palace for late arrivals. Rescheduling fees will apply.
  • The palace gardens are free from November to March, so no tickets are required during this period. Prices are adjusted accordingly. There are no musical or fountain shows during these months
  • The gardens close at 5:30 PM from November to March, every Saturday between June 10 and September 23, and on October 29 and 31
  • There are no restrooms on the bus
  • Unfortunately the bus is not adequately accessible for wheelchair users

I think this was worth the money. Our guide benito was very friendly and gave us a few tid bits of info while on the bus. I am really glad we only did the half day, 8 hours is way too long to be there! If you plan a bit better you can see more of the gardens. But after 4 hours of touring the palace and gardens, we were ready to go. (half day is 5ish hours) Transportation there and back is so nice, along with our included tickets to get into the palace and gardens. We had no wait to get inside. Highly recommend.

It was a self-guided tour and everything went as expected. The bus was nice and the tour guide was very friendly and spoke multiple languages for the guests.
