  • For safety reasons, children under 6 years old are not permitted. Please don't bring children under 6 on the day of the tour, as we can't accept them
  • If the bus transfer cannot operate due to reasons beyond our control, the trip will be made via public transportation with a GetYourGuide host
  • Check in at the time indicated on your voucher. We cannot guarantee access to the Palace for late arrivals. Rescheduling fees will apply.
  • The palace gardens are free from November to March, so no tickets are required during this period. Prices are adjusted accordingly. There are no musical or fountain shows during these months
  • The gardens close at 5:30 PM from November to March, every Saturday between June 10 and September 23, and on October 29 and 31
  • There are no restrooms on the bus
  • Unfortunately the bus is not adequately accessible for wheelchair users

Very good overall, we missed the bud and the company was extremely accommodating and able to give us our tickets at the place afterwards! The views were truly serene and incredibly worth visiting. Pay the extra money and see the gardens

This tour was amazing! We did the 9.5 hour tour and do not regret it. If you plan to truly immerse yourself in all of the palace offerings (I.e. palace audio tour, the gardens, Marie Antoinette’s estate and garden, sit-down lunch, etc.), you will need the WHOLE day and comfortable walking sneakers. Visiting this monument had always been a dream of mine, I wouldn’t have done it any other way. Just so you know: 1. You can rent a golf cart to get around the garden. I recommend budgeting an extra 50 euro (approximately) to do this option 2. Angelina’s is so good. The desserts are perfect! 3. Bring a portable charger if you plan on taking photos.
