Excellent day trip and our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful with amazing knowledge The lunch was adequate Althro being a vegetarian I wasn’t given an alternative so ended up with a plate of mixed diced vegetables!! Could be something to note. Otherwise fantastic and very comfortable day especially when it was 37 degrees!!

Great trip! We were going to drive ourselves originally but decided that would be too complex. The bus was great and comfortable and had a bathroom. The meeting time is very early which was a bit hard with the time difference and tiredness from traveling. The trip was beautiful and I actually thought it was a good amount of time at both locations. Giverny was amazing and they took us to a great little restaurant in the country. It was absolutely beautiful.

This day trip was great for us. We didn't have a lot of time and wanted to at least briefly see these two spots. Started out in Giverny. The gardens were so beautiful and the house was really nice too. If you want pics, best to try to get there first thing in the am and go for the Japanese Garden first (water lilies). Then you can tour the house. We arrived mid morning and by the time we left, it was super crowded. Pathways are narrow, so you can get stuck behind a tour group or other people standing around. Remember that when you are trying to get back to the bus on time. Had a lovely French lunch where we sat with others on our tour. Then headed to Versailles. It is impossible to cover Versailles in a day. We only had maybe an hour or less to view the gardens and then the rest of the time was touring inside. Super crowded and hot, so if you are trying to avoid crowds, this is not for you. Still super impressive. Our tour guide was lovely as well.
