We loved the class. It was very professionally done. The chef was very welcoming and helpful. This is a class on "how to" but does not allow for time for participants to complete the entire process. This would take 5 hours or so. The chef demonstrated how to make the meringue and we each were able to pipe several tops & bases. These were baked while we made fillings. We made two kinds of fillings, chocolate and pistachio. Properly baked and cooled cookies were provided for us to pipe the fillings on. Nice decorative boxes were provided to take our macrons home. The meringue circles we piped earlier were offered for us to eat before the end of the session. very informative and super fun! Highly recommend.
Great tips in regard to the cooking and personal recommendations from chef! Very happy with this class.
