This symbolic monument and its landscaped gardens offer you one of the most wonderful panoramas of the Loire Valley, which rightly deserves the title of UNESCO World Heritage Site.

For a special experience in a surprising place you are offered a rest in a cave restaurant. A cave dug into the chalky valley that has been used for wine maturation process for many decades, into an atypical setting where the genuineness has been preserved. Take an unexpected break into a warm and cozy atmosphere, due to the huge fireplace and to the woodwork adoring the room. In this atypical restaurant charged with history, you will have the possibility to discover a very singular place, the private cellar of Henry the IV who had a secret passage to the Château de le Bourdaisière.

A menu will be created especially for you with a welcome glass of Montlouis sparkling wine and typical regional dishes of the Loire Valley. The last stop gives you an opportunity to discover of an emblematic French wine. Winemakers for generations, father and son have imposed a style through their research on the typicality of terroirs. The vineyard covers 17 hectares, from the plateaus of clay and silica of Saint Louans, family birthplace since the fifteenth century, to the limestone slopes of the appellation. The property produces 4 different red wines of Chinon, a rosé and a white Chinon wine.
