We had a fantastic tour with Guillaume who was super knowledgeable about champagne and brought us to a great smaller producer to start the day. It was the best champagne we had! I wish we had been able to choose the larger house we visited. We went to Moët which I understand is the most popular but from everything we have heard it sounds like we would’ve enjoyed Taittinger or another house more.

The tour itself was very good. It was possible to go around with a small number of people like a private tour, and enjoyed a relaxing tasting because it had lunch. However, I wanted you to change the day before suddenly two days before the scheduled date, otherwise I changed the schedule due to cancellation and contact. Even if various circumstances are unavoidable, the reservation is confirmed, and I would like you to refrain from contacting me immediately before.

Absolutely cannot recommend this trip enough. Quite possibly one of the best days of my life. Not only is the itinerary, activities, and scenery amazing but Victor was an absolute GEM. He handled everything. All we had to do was wake up on time to be picked up from our hotel. Not only had he planned everything in advance, but he also accommodated and anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to adjust to our requests day of. Seriously- get yourself a man that can do both!!!! We tasted at 3 different locations, visited a cathedral, and dined at a restaurant that was not a tourist trap. Total package of a trip. Would come back to Paris for one day just to do this again.
