The tour was great and our guide Raphael was fun and relatable. My only complaint is that the instructions tell you to make sure you pick up your tickets prior to assembling at the meeting point, but we did not need to do this, so it was confusing.

Admire Paris from above at the Eiffel Tower and learn about this iconic landmark on a guided tour. Enhance your experience with an optional visit to the summit and take in the dramatic views over the City of Lights.
Meet your guide close to the base of the Eiffel Tower, and enjoy access to ascend to the second floor. Here, admire views of Montmartre, the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, and much more.

From there, ascend to the very top of the Eiffel Tower. Enjoy beautiful, sweeping views across the city before peeking inside Gustave Eiffel's apartment at the top of the tower. If you wish, you can treat yourself by purchasing a drink from the champagne bar at the top of the tower.

Listen to your guide as he tells you stories of the tower's construction and history and how it was almost torn down and sold for scraps. Your guide will also share tips and advice on the best ways to visit the city's major monuments.

Meeting point

At the horse statue on the end of the Pont d'Iena, directly opposite the Eiffel Tower. Please do not pass security and go under the tower. The meeting point is outside the tower. When you are at the meeting point, the Eiffel Tower is directly in front of you and the river is behind you. When facing the tower you are on the right hand side of the bridge. Your guide will be waiting for you on the end of the Pont d'Iena, under the large statue of a horse. They will have an orange badge around their neck. The nearest public transport is RER station Champ de Mars (RER line C) and metro Bir-Hakeim (line 6) Do not go to the Eiffel Tower to exchange your voucher or collect your ticket. Your guide will have your tickets, you simply need to present your voucher on your phone when you meet your guide.

  • You may have to wait in lines for security and for the elevators. In high season, the total wait to access the 2nd floor can be up to 25 minutes
  • Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to an additional 20 minutes
  • All visitors are subject to the security requirements and procedures of the Eiffel Tower
  • Tickets for the Eiffel Tower are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. They must be used with the group at the booked time and their availability is very limited. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued for missed tours
