Full description

Explore the Eiffel Tower like never before by climbing it by foot. Listen as your guide offers an introduction to the iconic structure before leading you to the ticket booth line. Stay entertained with anecdotes while you wait in line (see duration below) to retrieve your tickets. Begin your ascent, and hear stories behind the tower's creation and near-demise as you take in the unique views from the staircase. Be accompanied by your expert guide all the way up to the the observation deck on the 2nd floor for bird's eye views of the Arc de Triomphe and other icons of Paris while enjoying your guide's insightful and entertaining commentary. Once finished admiring the spectacular views, take the stairs back to the ground floor. Choose to upgrade your ticket to the summit (only possible at the time of booking) to see Gustave Eiffel's original office and enjoy the highest platform for panoramic views of Paris.

PLEASE NOTE: The meeting point is NOT at the Eiffel Tower. The meeting point is located outside the 1 Avenue Elisée Reclus, at the intersection between Avenue Silvestre de Sacy and Avenue Elisée Reclus. Your City Wonders representative (wearing blue and holding a City Wonders sign) will be waiting for you on the intersection of the two streets. Arriving by public transportation: The nearest metro station is Ecole Militaire (approximately 15 minutes walk) which is serviced by metro line 8. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.

Know before you go

  • Due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, you may experience delays at security checks or in ticket lines. In peak months (April to October), on school holidays and weekends, please expect a minimum of 30 minutes waiting time for security and 45 minutes to buy your ticket. In low season (November to March), expect a minimum of 15 minutes for security and 30 minutes at the ticket desk
  • The guided part of the tour ends on the 2nd floor. If summit access is booked, this will be unguided
  • For operational reasons, capacity control, or weather, the summit may not be accessible. When this occurs, even if it reopens during your tour, the price of the summit access will be refunded within 8-10 days
  • Please note that Paris will host the 2024 Olympics from July 26th to August 11th, followed by the Paralympics from August 28th to September 8th. This may have an impact on our travel plans. While we are committed to minimizing any sort of inconvenience, please be aware that unforeseen issues may arise

Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt! Der Guide war schon 20 Minuten vorher da und man hat ihn gut gefunden. Der Aufstieg war leicht zu bewältigen. Der Guide hat uns jede Menge erzählt und hatte Humor, die Gruppe war nicht zu groß und alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Es war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis, ein super Ausblick. Unsere Tour war um 9.30 Uhr, das war eine gute Zeit, da anfangs noch nicht so viele Besucher da waren und es gab keineerlei Wartezeiten. Ab 12 Uhr wurde es dann eng da oben!

Visita da Torre Eiffel da subida até ao 2º Andar pelas escadas e descida vice-versa é uma sensação de outro mundo. Não percebo como comprei visita guiada com guia, a mesma após a troca de bilhetes deixou-nos ao abandono ao fim de uma (1) hora em fila de espera. Como eu protestei desta situação mais americanos e canadianos falaram com a guia que não estava correto desta situação.

Arrivare fino al secondo piano a piedi è fattibile, ovviamente se non si hanno problemi di salute. Arrivare fino in cima è troppo costoso, secondo me. Code lunghe nonostante la guida. Non trovo possibile che non ci sia nessuna possibilità di trovare una guida che parli in italiano. Se non si sa bene l'inglese, è difficilissimo capire un inglese parlato fluentemente.
