Pay homage to Claude Monet and Vincent van Gogh on a full-day tour to Giverny and Auvers-sur-Oise from Paris, and see Monet's gardens and the house where Van Gogh painted some of his last paintings.
Following a pick-up from your hotel, transfer to Giverny in Upper Normandy. Go to the house where Monet lived from 1883 until his death in 1926. See the lily ponds that would become the subject of his best-known works. Next enjoy a guided visit to the Tomb of Monet and Sainte-Radegonde Church.
Next, enjoy lunch at Moulin de Fourges (drinks included), before driving to Auvers-sur-Oise. Visit the house where Van Gogh painted his last works before his death in 1890, and learn about his far-reaching influence on 20th-century art through his portraits, self portraits, landscapes and still lives of cypress trees, wheat fields and sunflowers.
