    On this full-day tour, you’ll discover the beautiful French castles of the Renaissance era. You’ll start with a visit to the magnificent Cheverny castle, where important artworks, including the Mona Lisa, were kept safe during WWII. After enjoying lunch together you’ll drive to Chenonceaux to visit Chenonceau Castle, built on the River Cher. It is also called the "Chateau of the 6 women." Women, including Catherine de Medici, played an important part in the history of the castle, and you’ll learn all about their interesting lives on the tour. After being taken through the castle and its gardens you’ll continue to Chambord Castle, famous for its double helix staircase. Here you’ll have a chance to explore the royal apartments of François I and Louis XIV. At the end of the day you’ll be dropped off at your hotel in Paris.

      Tour was amazing, without a doubt one of the best activities of the trip. The van is very comfortable and a great opportunity to discover the French countryside. Lunch was great and in the best restaurant in the town of Amboise. The guide Mr. Magela was always very attentive. The castles and their gardens are really beautiful. We visited 3 castles with an average visit time of 1 hour at home, one of which was certainly not enough but even so the tour (which is not cheap) is very worthwhile.

      The journey cameup to expectations.

      The journey came true as planned. We visited the three castles in 12,5 hours and had also the lunch at noon. The driver was very good and polite and he told some facts of the castles when driving, but we´d hope that in castles there would be a guide not only the audiodevices.

      Our guide was terrific. The only thing that would have made it better for me was a wine tasting experience. There was wine served at lunch but no explanation of he wine or the region.
