What People Are Saying About Paris
It was an authentic experience to see how a real Parisian bakery operates. For my kids to be able to actually bake side by side with the bakers was wonderful. The only comment is my kids would have liked to do more of the actual baking.
5 children 2 Adults highly entertained for 2.5hrs doing something very French in the heart of Paris. Great fun, educational and nicely done.
We got to get our hands (and clothes) covered in flour while on this behind the scene tour of Chez Manon in Paris. My husband is a pastry chef and wished to get many of his questions answered (he got his answers) by asking the pastry chefs and bread chef questions on oven temps and processes of how things were prepared. We even got to roll out our dough and get it baked in the oven. Nothing so delicious as fresh bagettes from the oven.
Perfect for learning an important aspect of Parisian life. A great morning spent with hard working bakers and patisserie makers.
It is especially fun for families with children. My 12 year old daughter enjoyed it immensely.
