A wonderful way to spend an evening in Paris, three lovely glasses of Champagne with our very knowledgeable sommelier who pointed out the important places of interest on the way. The section at the front of the boat ensured we had a great view. Was a little tricky finding where to meet the boat but once we found the ticket office all was well.

The guide was very nice and shared an informative mixture of details about Paris as well as the champagnes we tasted (which were all delicious!). An hour felt like the perfect amount of time. Better instructions could be provided about where to meet. Initially, we were confused because we couldn't see the boat that was advertised. Basically, you go down the steps that are below the Eiffel Tower/carousel. There is an area with large signage past the ticket booth which various excursions use a meeting point. Our boat was tucked behind that. Once there, we were told we had to go back to the ticket booth in order to get our pre-purchased tickets board (and I felt terrible jumping the line to get them so as not to miss our boat). Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating/confusing when in a new city.

The Champagne cruise was wonderful! The sommelier was terrific and the wine was delicious! I took the 6:30pm cruise and it was perfect for viewing the city lights. The only reason I didn’t give this cruise a 5 is that it’s hard to find the meeting point! Maps will not take you to the correct location. Know when you go: go down the stairs by the river behind the carousel (beneath the Eiffel Tower) and check in at the white booth! They will give you your ticket to board.
