The trip was great! I really enjoyed the castles and this was the most feasible way I could visit them without renting a car. I wish we had more time to explore each castle but it’s totally understandable as we do three in one day. The guides were great too! I definitely recommend:)
Nati handled her customers with three levels of tour services well. I had the highest level where she guided our small group through each chateau and thoroughly answered all of our questions. We kept the seats we sat in at the start of the tour to avoid "international incidents" - a good idea. Be aware some people with very limited English skills might join your tour, which can cause problems. Two young Japanes girls misunderstood the meeting time at the last chateau despite Nati's best efforts to explain the time and to tell everyone to ask her if they were unsure. The two Japanese girls showed up 35 minutes late after ignoring attempts to contact them. Nati did not want to, but she was about to leave them as she could not wait forever.
