Our transfer from sao paulo to paraty went very smooth. We had a few hours delay with our flight to sao paulo, and we missed our transfer with paraty tour. But afterwards, paraty tour were so kind to offer us to reschedule our trip for the next day without any extra cost. So we arrived to paraty with them one day later than planned, but without any problem. Our driver was very good, and we enjoyed our trip. It was very easy and safe. I would also mention that within the whole process, communication with paraty tour was very easy (english on whatsapp) and they were very quick to respond.
