Full description
Trindade is a paradisiacal cove with four beaches and a natural saltwater pool. This tour is run with vans or micro-buses, with guides specialized in history, ecology, and the "Culture Caiçara" of the region. Enjoy your ride to Trindade village after a 40-minute drive in an executive vehicle. Visit Praia do Cepilho and Praia dos Ranchos, where you will stop for lunch at a fishermen's bar. Then, enjoy a swim at Praia do Meio and walk the trail to Caixa D'aço beach. Take an optional 30-minute walk along the trail in the preserved Atlantic Forest to the Caixa D'aço Natural Pool, where rocks form a swimming pool in the middle of the sea. Swim, relax, snorkel, and discover the various species of colorful fish and varied marine fauna. You can hire a boat in Praia do Meio to take you to the pool round-trip. This must be paid in local currency directly to the operator. When returning from the natural pool, stop for an optional lunch in a typical fishermen's restaurant facing the sea.

The tour was wonderful, we discovered lots of things during this day. But the guide only spoke Portuguese even though we booked the tour in English so we missed out on a lot of interesting information. Despite everything, it was a great experience.

What a beautiful day! I was very happy with the tour, Trindade is breathtaking, and we visited the natural pools as well. There’s the option to hike to the pools or take a boat. The hike is fairly easy, but can be a bit muddy depending on forecast. The guide was very helpful & friendly, offering to take lots of pictures. We also had a good amount of time to relax on the beach at the end. This was the highlight of my trip in Paraty :)

The beaches were amazing and the tour. Our guide was lovely, unfortunately I barely understood something they said due to my Spanish and even as I booked the tour in English. The trail down to the last beach was very muddy and slippery - you can take the boat if you pay - but our guide helped us well. It was fine for us, I just think there should be a hint discribing the tour as this is not what I understand under a fairly bit of walking other than some people might not be willing or able to do the last bit to the natural pool. Thanks for a well organized tour
