From Paraty: Full Day to Trindade - One Day in Paradise

1. From Paraty: Full Day to Trindade - One Day in Paradise

Trindade is a paradisiacal cove with four beaches and a natural saltwater pool. This tour is run with vans or micro-buses, with guides specialized in history, ecology, and the "Culture Caiçara" of the region. Enjoy your ride to Trindade village after a 40-minute drive in an executive vehicle. Visit Praia do Cepilho and Praia dos Ranchos, where you will stop for lunch at a fishermen's bar. Then, enjoy a swim at Praia do Meio and walk the trail to Caixa D'aço beach. Take an optional 30-minute walk along the trail in the preserved Atlantic Forest to the Caixa D'aço Natural Pool, where rocks form a swimming pool in the middle of the sea. Swim, relax, snorkel, and discover the various species of colorful fish and varied marine fauna. You can hire a boat in Praia do Meio to take you to the pool round-trip. This must be paid in local currency directly to the operator. When returning from the natural pool, stop for an optional lunch in a typical fishermen's restaurant facing the sea.

Paraty: Sono Beach Half-day Tour

2. Paraty: Sono Beach Half-day Tour

Discover one of the most unspoiled beaches in the Paraty area on this 6-hour tour to Sono Beach. Hike through preserved Atlantic forest, and enjoy free time on the beach to swim and relax. Begin your day by meeting your guide at the meeting point, then take a short walk up to the bus station. From there, hop on a regular public bus from Paraty to the village of Laranjeiras, a 28-kilometer (17-mile) journey that takes about 40 minutes. Upon arrival, take the trail to Sono Beach, which takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Observe bird species in the Atlantic forest and delight in incredible panoramic views of the beach from the viewpoints found along the trail. Find a typical fishing village as you arrive at Sono Beach. See a waterfront shaded by native almond trees beside the houses and fishing boats of the locals, known as caiçaras, that live there. Now it's time to relax in a perfect setting for an afternoon of rest, sunbathing, and swimming in the blue sea. Enjoy a home-cooked lunch at one of the local kiosks (not included in the tour price), or opt to take a further trail to the deserted Antigos Beach. Admire breathtaking views of the entire region at the top of this steep, moderate-high level 40-minute trail. To conclude your tour, hike back to the village of Laranjeiras along the same trail, and then take the regular public bus again to return to the meeting point in Paraty.

Wow, this area is beautiful. My wife and I are currently traveling full-time (@quenchyouradventure if you’d like to follow along) and we’re so happy to get a taste of this paradise. We were confused about the exact meeting time. We saw both 9 and 9:30 in the app. We sent a message to Paraty Tours. They confirmed it’s 9AM and said they would try to fix the error. We after 9. The first stop is stunning. Giant boulders on the beach. We continued to Trindade and from there we were on foot. The hike through the national park was great. Some sections on the beach and a few through the jungle. It’s soft enough to do it all barefoot, but sandals or flip flops are good too. The natural pool is so fun to explore, swim, etc. and we paid for the boat back to the national park entrance. R$20 each. We then ate a fancy lunch on the beach and took a short walk through town before driving back. Great times.

Brilliant tour to see most beautifull beaches in the region.I like it very much.Perfect guide.Luis multo obrigado amigo!Very good lunch for a cheap price.Highly recommend to everyone.
