In a 90-minutes guided walking tour through the Historic Center, we will take you traveling back in time to the historical facts and curiosities about Paraty - recognized by Unesco as Cultural Heritage of Humanity, Gastronomy, and Biodiversity.

During the tour, we will guide you through the history of colonization and original peoples, the influence of Freemasonry on the development of the town, as well as the Cycle of Gold, Sugarcane, Coffee, and Pau Brasil.

At the end of the tour, take the opportunity to taste the most famous Paratiense delicacy - Cachaça Gabriela, produced only here in Paraty. Cachaça Gabriela was created in honor of Jorge Amado's famous literary work 'Gabriela, Cravo e Canela'. A sweet mixture of white cachaça with honey, clove, and cinnamon makes this delicacy a unique experience of flavors - that can only be enjoyed here in Paraty!
