Overall, we loved Paradise Beach Resort. The pool is amazing - so much so that we stayed around it during our time there. The bathrooms were very clean as was the rest of the resort. I did walk down to the beach, but my husband couldn't walk down because he uses a cane and the sand was too deep. The food and drinks were good as well. If I had one complaint it is that I don't like being guilted into a tip. I am a generous tipper if the service warrants it. I don't need to be told that tips aren't included in the all-inclusive fee and would be greatly appreciated by the staff....then to have the staff stand there and wait for you to dig through your belongings to pull out some money for them. Maybe it's a cultural thing in Cozumel, but I didn't appreciate it. Otherwise, it was a beautiful day to be in Paradise. :-)
