What people are saying about Papal Palace of Castel Gandolfo

5 stars for this excursion. The small group (only four people) was brought to Castel Gandolfo in a minibus by a very careful driver. Here was the opportunity to visit the papal palace. Via the audio guide, that's super fun. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time to get everything, but that's a reason to come back for sure. There was a very interesting insight into the palace with interesting details about the life of individual popes and the papal court, including the Carozze in the courtyard, which were used by various popes. Really, the palace is a worthwhile thing. Then we went through the Giardini in an open minibus and there was also a lot to see. At times it was a bit quick, but you definitely got a great insight. For lunch on a covered terrace there were great Italian specialties, very tasty and plentiful, including water and wine. Definitely recommendable!

It was a great experience. Especially the visit to the gardens and the lunch in these gardens. The time for the visit to the palace was unfortunately far too short. We had to hurry to be on time for the gardens. As a result, many halls and historical objects have been missed.

the visit is complete, the residence and the gardens. Transport pickup is efficient from central Rome to the top of Castel Gamdolfo square. the lunch of Italian specialties on site completes it all.

Wonderful and impressive tour to Castel Gandolfo followed by a very tasty and extensive lunch.
