From Hazyview, the tour begins as it climbs towards the town of Graskop and the southernmost point of the Blyde River Canyon. Enjoy the panorama route which encompasses some spectacular scenery. Pilgrim’s Rest is also well worth a visit. This old mining town was established during the heady days of the gold rush in the late 1800’s, and the whole town is now lovingly preserved as a national monument. At lunchtime the tour will stop back in Graskop so you can have lunch at a restaurant, and if time permits, you can spend a while browsing in local shops or along the pavements. Street vendors sell an amazing variety of goods – from nuts and fruit to beaded necklaces and carved wooden animals. South of Graskop, where the Sabie River rises and numerous waterfalls tumble down the mountains, you will visit the beautiful Berlin Falls and Lisbon Falls on the way back to Hazyview.

Day 1- Arrival at Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport You will arrive in O.R Tambo International Airport Then be transported to your 4-Star Hotel in Sandon, Radisson Blu. Day 2- Pretoria, Soweto & Apartheid Museum Day Tour The first stop will be at the Voortrekker monument. You will proceed to Church Square, then the Union Buildings. From here you will be headed straight to Soweto to the Hector Peterson Museum and start to explore the dark apartheid past. Next, you will visit Mandela House Museum for some inspirational history. The final stop of the day will be Apartheid museum. Explore this museum before going back to Radisson Blu 4-Star Hotel. Day 3- Cradle of Humankind and Lesedi cultural tour Visit Sterkfontein Caves to understand the origin of Humankind. Next, Lesedi Cultural Village and get to learn the various African tribes. Day 9- Robben Island Museum and Table Mountain After being picked from your hotel you will start with Robben Island in Cape Town. You will visit the Prison that was home to Nelson Mandela for a long time and get a guided tour from one of the former Prisoners. Next, Visit Table Mountain Cable Way Take a cable car to the top of the mysteriously flat mountain top and enjoy the beautiful views of the whole of Cape Town, its mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean. Day 10- Free Day- V&A Waterfront You will be dropped at the V&A and you can do whatever you like.
