During our walk, we will pass through the Independence Square, scenery of many dramatic battles of revolution in the history of the Republic of Ecuador; here you'll have the privilege to try different types of traditional salty and sweet pastries. We will have the privilege to see the Cathedral, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Church of the Sacred Society of Jesus of Quito, summit of the Latin American Baroque Style. Then we continue with the charming neighbourhood of La Ronda, where it will be possible to do a chocolate tasting, and finally the Convent of San Francisco, built in 1540. Then you'll have the opportunity to drive, uphill way, to visit the top of "El Panecillo", where the winged Virgin Mary of Quito is located, and it is considered the tallest aluminium statue of the world. Danny was amazing. I learned a lot about Ecuador's history, especially about making hot chocolate, which was delicious. He took care of me until the last minute, waiting over 20 minutes for my Uber to arrive. It was a fun, safe, and very cultural activity. I loved Quito.
